John Kanicka was so great! My wife and I connected with him immediately. I don't know how John, Todd and crew do what they do exactly but whatever it is they sold our house in one, 1, day! This team is awesome! Davis is our “buyer” partner and he went over and beyond looking for the right house for us. He found our new build before it was even listed online anywhere and we were able to get in line early! He gave constant updates and asked how we were doing throughout. He stepped up and asked questions I was hesitant to ask and made sure the builder was keeping us in the loop. We found this company by googling reviews of realtors and we are so grateful we chose them. This is a difficult time for home buyers and they are making everything so much easier. We will definitely be telling all our friends about Davis and the Tramonte team!

I can not express the amount of disappointment & frustration we experienced in using the Todd Tromonte Home Selling Team. Todd does have good salesmen working for him, because we were totally sold on paying him the extravagant sales fee for everything that our salesman, John, promised. We were told the whole “over/under” bit they guarantee. It sounds good until you actually get under contract & try to get things done by the closing date. My husband & I felt like we were jumping through hoops to make the closing happen while John was being totally non-responsive during the day. We would get response from John between 9:pm & midnight. The buyers of our home stated that they wouldn’t get response for many days when waiting for answers from us. The buyers contacted us when they finally couldn’t wait any longer for answers. John misrepresented us throughout the entire sale. John even went as far as claiming to be the buyer’s agent when contacting their finance company. We made Todd aware of this & he was more concerned with getting us through closing than he was of the misrepresentation. We did close later than scheduled, but I believe that the closing ultimately happened because we & the buyers communicated directly to get it done. We & the buyers both are filing formal complaints with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Hey Todd, If I was going to move to the northeast side of Dallas this year with a family, what areas would be on the top of your list to consider for great schools and the ability to commute to downtown when needed?

Area preferences are personal of course, but many many folks from out of town are interested in Richardson, Plano, and Lovejoy ISDs as well as Wylie, Allen, and honestly several others. The northeast Dallas area is quite fortunate to have lots of legitimately great communities. Just to name a few, East Dallas and Lower Greenville have exploded, Wylie has expanded, Sachse has added lots of housing.
