They have really cleaned it up, placed clear directions on what they take and have signs warning people who simply dump there a hefty fine. Great job of renovation. Also conveniently open till 9pm.

The place is actually fine itself, but people constantly put actual trash instead of recycling in the bins. Makes it a waste of time.

The dumpsters were very full but we were able to drop off our cardboard without much trouble. We saw what looked like a business with a truck and a trailer bring up a bunch of big boxes some with packing peanuts falling out of them just pull up, drop the boxes next to the containers and take off. Not sure how we keep that from happening. Not breaking down boxes is part of why these dumpsters are so full.

That is likely because of Christmas, I haven't run into that problem before. Only once has it been mostly full and that was also after a holiday. Though if anyone knows when it is cleared would be awesome to know.
