Had the prime rib sandwich I have in the past liked everything but this was very bad the roll was soaked in horse radish not crisp.the prime rib tasted like bad roast beef

Every cook has a bad day. I would have told them immediately and asked for something else. They would have bent over backwards to accomodate you. Probably taken your item off the bill too.

I would also have informed them Like both locations. They are very accommodating

I hope you told them about it, I usually get the chicken cordon blue dinner in Franklin haven't had any problems in Sussex yet but like Franklin better
