Does the skate park have flood lights for night skating?

Yes it is very lit up. It stays lit up untill they close and lock the gates at 9pm.

Dose any body know if you have to pay for the skate park at Letterman skate park?

Yes, it has flood lights for night skating.

Yes indeed if you drive by right now it'll be lit up

There are lights at Letterman Park, but the skate park is on Villa, between Barstow & Bullard. A couple blocks away. The skate park also has lights for night time though.
