Careful, you will waste your time if you head down for an express oil change during the hours they advertise - just like I did. They literally sat there and stared at me instead of seeing what I needed or informing me they decided to randomly close early. When I called the service office, while sitting there, to confirm their advertised times on their own website, she sounded confused and said “oh no they close at 3pm”. I asked why their website says 4pm and she said she doesn’t know. I am not able to take excess amounts of time off work to keep trying to get my oil changed so I highly suggest not to waste your time with this service department cause they won’t be bothered to help you, or even answer your questions, but just stare at you.

2017 dodge journey Has less the 70 thousand miles . With the 2 yrs I had the car they have replaced the transmission an recalled the a brain to the car . An now the a check engine sign . Had it check its the catalytic converter now . An now they're saying its met not be covered by any other warranty / company .. SMH

Fresno & Clovis are owned by the same owner Mr. Finegan but I did have a better repore with Fresno when I had my Fiat . Mr. Finegan Since we have had the dodge its not the same care. They do answer for me But don't retun phone calls. Miguel never let me know my truck was done & I had to call 2x due to no return call.
