My son has never been in one(neither had I). He was looking for a game and walked up to the front because he could not find it(he is 7). She was so helpful and sweet. He was using his gift certificate and was so excited . He talked her ear off about games. She was amazing! Thank you for all the help ma’am. :)

This store has gone downhill since COVID. I don’t understand how this is a “Prestige” store when half the time I preorder something it just never arrives or gets delayed and never arrives. They rarely have new Funko Pop! when they’re supposed to release and they never put out the good ones for customers to buy. Customer service is good and the manager is very helpful/knowledgeable. I just wish I didn’t have to constantly cancel my preorders and wish they had a better collectible selection or at least put the good stuff out.

Yes they buy all consoles, but require all cords (power and hdmi) plus a controller with the charging cable as well for full value.

Gamestop does take Xbox 360 trade-ins. You can check their website and see how much money or in-store credit you can get based on your exact Xbox model
