does anyone know how much they charge overnight stay ? And what time is the main office open?

Was $21 per car and maybe a per person fee too for over night and an extra fé if you need electricity hook ups. They open all the time if it's not flooded out. If no one is at the office you can drive down to the RV at the end and the older gentleman can help you.
