Yes just be aware that some of the information presented may be graphic for children
Depending how old the child, its more for a child who is familiar with the Holocaust. Youvare given a device that you put up to your ear and listen to the stories behind the artifacts you are seeing.
The presentation maybe too graphic for younger children, but middle school age children and high school age children it would be appropriate. It is a somber museum, but a part of our human history we must never forget.
I have an 11yr old that watches ALOT of history with me. She asks a lot of questions and is very smart for 11..when they have a conversation at school she is right there telling what she knows and what she has watched, especially documentaries. She even enlightens the teacher on some things. That was a very sad time, and something I think everyone should know and educate themselves on or be taught about.. We never want this to happen ever again.. She has a heart and shows emotion when it comes to the children that were so brutally killed for just being human. My advice is if taking kids, make sure they understand what they are seeing, what they are there for and that was a very cruel thing and listen to survivors and their stories because it is part of our history, a sad part of our history....
They do allow children but they should be older to appreciate the enormity of the holocaust
Probably
