I wouldn't try to do it on the phone. Unfortunately, you may have to come in to make an appointment to come back in!! 😵🤤☹️
If you have a myhealthevet account you can make them on the fly at the website. If not go to registration and sign up
You may have to come in and report it to the hospital advocate. He will handle so you won't have this problem again
Getting anywhere by phone is just impossible. Transfers, hang ups, clueless people.
I also suggest you call scheduling if not perhaps you need appointment with your primary in order for a consult to go in for the appointment you're looking for
Ok so here's what we do first who do you need to see??then when voicemail comes up hit 0 then tell then the dept you want let it ring until you get voicemail then leave with phone# give a couple(2)days to return your call .now after 3days call again hit 0 ask for patient advocate then either speak to them or leave a message to call you.
