My husband is a Viet Nam vet. We want to get a vet I.D. card to get discounts at stores and restaurants. Do we get them here? When, Appointment needed?

You can apply for one there but I'm not sure if you can get it the same day. They mailed mine to me.

Yes you can get an ID at the hospital.

My Husband is a Vet also. , He got his ID at the Corporal. VA medial center at 39th and Woodland ave you don't need an appointment for the ID is.right where the ER is at .My husband always has appointment there.

If your husband is listed for medical treatment they will give him a card. If not he can get one next to e.r. at Hospital there is sign there takes 5 minutes and no waiting.

No you dont get your I.D. here. This is a hospital. You need to call your Regional VA office
