Service dogs and doggie beach bash days

I have yet to see any animals there.
Only on doggie day bash
NRH2O has one day when dogs are allowed. It is Doggie Beach Bash; this year it is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2019.
I have seen dogs there, but not sure if they are always allowed. May be service dogs only.
