I asked the manager to please check the cameras to prove how I was ignored by the bartender and I expect a response from him

Currently watching the Superbowl here. Walked in and sat just as they kicked off. Waitress came in a few minutes, as expected, and has taken very good care of us.

I have never had a problem with service except when there was a new waitress in the past. I usually come in and sit down and some one comes within 5 minutes.

I have only been there a couple of times, but I have always been served fairly quick

As a regular I sometimes have to sit couple minutes now and again. Normally as soon as they see me walk in they pour me a beer but after that.
