Went to pick up 3 different orders for myself and 2 coworkers. We all placed our order to be ready by 5:15. Waited an additional 10 minutes for the orders we placed at 4:45. Get back to work, none of us have burger fixings nor the blue cheese that was an extra charge. To take the cake, I ordered a beyond burger and received a beef patty. I could understand the extra time and mistake if they were busy, but they weren’t.
