Depends on if you're single or family, 2 bags for each person but it is advised to bring only what you need. No outside food or drinks, weapons, or unidentifiable medicine.

The locker space is limited but ik in the ladies dorms there are small dressers that are shared with the ones in the door. (At least in the dorm my daughters were in). They have been allowed to move upstairs with me in a family room and we have a whole closet with shelving and a rack to hang clothes.
U get a locker that fits maybe to small sized luggage otherwise you can not
