You and I have spoken via video conference (Zoom) and communicated multiple times via email regarding the virtual tax preparer role to which you applied in September of this year. Thanks to the digital business card that I provided, you have access to my Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, in addition to my cell phone number and physical address to our coprporate offices in Dallas, Texas, to further verify the authenticity of my existence. Per our last conversation and email on September 20th, you requested to ONLY offer tax preparation services as a virtual tax preparer and declined to move forward with our UIG direct sales model, to which I informed you that we would reach out to you in late November or early December to begin tax training. Our tax training has not commenced, thus you not receiving a call. I do have records of our communication to support this statement, as do you. Please retract your defamatory remarks at your nearest convenience.

Malena, I see that you've now submitted six (6) defamatory and untrue reviews despite applying for a virtual tax preparer role to which there was no cost. You've paid no money to use any of our services, access our accredited (IRS) training, or demo our software. When you inquired in September we informed you that training would not commence until late November or early December, to which you confirmed via email. Please provide ANY example that supports your argument of being scammed.

Malena, our accredidation is still listed as A as of 11/21. Unfortunately, the temporary drop was due to complaints levied at a few of our licensing partners and franchise owners, not corporate. We provide tax support resources, software, and tools to licensing partners and other business owners. We provided all applicable factual evidence to support our case and the BBB agrees, reinstating our rating to an A. You applied for a virtual tax preparer role that required you to invest NO money. We were to provide accredited training, software, marketing materials, and an encrypted personalized site, allowing your clients to securely upload their tax documents. This, at no cost to you. Where exactly is the scam?

Per our email on September 20th, you were informed that demo software and tax law training would bengin no sooner than after Thanksgiving, to which you confirmed. You applied for a virutal tax preparer role and paid no money to access our accredited training (IRS), demo software, marketing materials, and personalized websites. You've had access to my personal cell phone and I've yest to receive a phone call from you.
