These people are rude and inconsiderate, very disappointed in my experience! The lady in the office is very rude then she told everyone that I was rude and left me to set in the extreme heat for hours, then when she asked me why I was there she used what I said against me and I was a risk staying there because I'm trying to leave a abusive relationship and have nowhere to go. They don't care about people here.

It was Nice for the Most Part. Families have to be on the 2nd floor with No Ac, so it gets uncomfortably hot at night But! if yu don't obtain a full time job in 2 weeks like yu can make sumbody hire yu, Yu will be kixked out! The Man that's responsible for kixkin yu out Seems to take more pleasure in ppl who kiss aszz n He dont like New Yorkers. Food was Great, Most Staff is Very Friendly!

If you do not have a birth certificate, they will help you to apply for one.
Intake is from 2pm to 4pm
Responding as a former employee... Call the shelter around 11am, they will let you know if space is available. They don't monitor this Google page.
I'm not sure but I think they do.
How can I get them
Unfortunately, you will have to pay the eviction to the property. No one will touch you without a zero balance. The shelter will first have to have space to accommodate your family, second, you would need to be working to help your situation.
Nope. We're on a pretty closed door policy. We accept anyone who qualify, but this is more a program to get people back on their feet. The goal is to get them out in 90 days to their own apartment or home and then never see them again. It's less of a shelter and soup kitchen, and more of a program with dorms and meals provided. Folks come, get assigned a case manager, receive job offers, and get back on their feet without having to worry about the cost of living. They can focus solely on getting their finances in order.
Mission Arlington sells much of the donations they receive and have a warehouse full. You might call this place to see if they can take donations.
I'm sure they do you got to call up there and talk to him call up there on the phone talk to Miss Love
No they do not.
They do and so does the mission of Arlington
When are they taking new clients
Not sure. But family's start showing up at 3:30. Then i believe the doors open at 5. They take people till it is full.
Yeap
I do not work there but I'm sure if you look up their number on Google maps and call them they would be better able to assist you with your question... I have stayed in a shelter myself 1 time before and I had to get there before 4pm to check in. I hope this helps u.
I do not work there but I'm sure if you call them they would be better able to help you with your question. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. Have a good day and God bless you!!!

The availability wavers from time to time. I would call the number listed if you want to start the process for that if they do have the space. It's a first come first serve establishment so don't wait!
I am a resident. You need to call Arlington Life Shelter and speak to them. Sorry
Yes

Check in with Arlington life shelter everyday until a bed becomes available or ask for there tarrant County resources list for more shelters in the area. Once you work your way up through the process you should be able to either pay your rent on your own or receive a housing voucher for whatever reason it might be needed.
They have resources and via. But limited to getting to certain locations. Call the main # & specify your work location for an exact answer. 💯
Go up there and ask questions they can help you
Depends on if you're single or family, 2 bags for each person but it is advised to bring only what you need. No outside food or drinks, weapons, or unidentifiable medicine.
You show them your work schedule and they will let you in. There is always 2 people that work the overnight shift.
Via transportation
Don't do that if I were you I would speak to your boss about getting another day off per week. Six days will burn anyone out. Hang in there and have that conversation with him/her before you do something your going to regret.
Sadly no, I'm in the shelter currently and I don't think they do. Maybe call them and ask?
I honestly don't know but there is a place that might take them & foster them. https://m.facebook.com/AvertingCatAstrophe/
I have no idea. I just provided transportation for someone. But one thing for sure is you've GOT to have an ID caed or DL.
Push the button at the door on east side of building if the Arlington Life Shelter. I believe they have a cut off time. Now if you are at this shelter and can't get any sleep then buy some earplugs or mention your complaint to whoever is in charge. I believe they have rules. Wish you the best. Or go across street to Mission of Arlington or go to the Housing Authority they may have some vouchers for a place to stay ...for how long I don't know.
EVERYONE, MEN,WOMEN, KIDS, VETS, EVERYONE.... I don't think they take pet's 😒 ofc unless there a SERVICE ANIMAL I highly Recommend training your lovable pet into a service dog!!!! ❤️❤️❤️-Penut A.M.H❤️

Yes it is very hot! Have a good day and stay cool!! God bless you.
