When I go to buy a general admission ticket, it only says “10 am” as an option for weekdays. Does this mean I have to get there right at 10 if that’s the ticket that I have?

That is to maintain a census of patrons for legal & security purposes, however, your ticket will still work if you get there after 10:00.
