Yes they are open. They have a Breakfast with Santa thing for kids, during December. (Does Santa put on his swim trunks? I don't know.)
Their website has all the details and is much better way to get publicly available information than asking questions on a mapping app. Sadly, yes the park is open on Christmas day... so much for a "holiday".
