I would say its better to reserve tickets on line. This place can get packed depending on the day you go.
Yes, we got tickets beforehand online. Even though I've never seen them turn anyone away. Better to be safe than sorry though. Especially if you are taking family and spending the day there.
Yes, we purchased 4 tickets online and had a last minute guest come with us, we got there right when they open and the lady at the counter said they were still accepting walkins. Best to pre order tickets online so atleast you have a spot.
