A stray cat had a litter of 6 kittens in my shed, they are four weeks old and mama is no longer taking care of them. Would I be able to bring them here?

Yes, I believe so since Mom is nolonger taking care of them. They may not be adopted out until after 6-9wks of age. They should be adopted quickly. Are they Domestic short or medium or long hair kittens. If you know their breed or mix of breeds, that would be helpful.
