Does Operation Kindness reserve pets? Or is it just adopt and go? There is a dog I really want, but I don't have enough money yet. Can I reserve her?

No reservations I'm aware of. Call them maybe they can help you somehow.

No they don't let you reserve any pet, u can ask them about payment/financial options. Also, at times pets get adopted very soon, so u should contact volunteers asap, and visit ASAP.
