I am so sorry this has happened to him, I sincerely wish that I could help him in some way. I strongly suggest that you set up a go fund me page to request donations to take him to a good doctor who can fix his back problem or take him to a private hospital and pay around $50.00 to put him out of his misery by means of euthanasia. If it is euthanasia request FWACC can do that if you are unable to care for the animal you can release it to them and they will try there best to get it to rescue if the animal can be saved. Take all your vet records up there with you as well.
Omg! I am so sorry. Call around to shelters to see if they have contacts who can direct you in the right path.
What do you need help with? Putting him to sleep? Fwacc doesnt do that. Go to a vet.
