They are based out of Fresno so its better to go back empty. Freshness is not at issue as all meat is Flash Frozen Fresh, its always like new! Had 35 people over, the burgers and steaks I supplied were most popular item.
Well if you have a bunch of cases of meat and need to sell it because it is fresh, why would you want to take it all the way back to base. It is sometimes better to sell it at a good discount than to bring it back. You want them to be fresh as possible. I get my meat from them every month because it is really good quality and the service is great as well. Sure beats driving to the high priced stores, where they sometime change the packaging to reflect a newer date of experation is put on the the new packaging...I trust these guys and am completely satisfied with them..
