Why does the customer service lacking at this location? You can even see the low morale in the employees.. no bueno.

I haven't had any bad experience so far.

Not enough employees to adequately cover departments during peak hours. During evening hours they have the nicest will,go out of their way to assist you, employees. Employees helped me though they were on break or had clocked out of shift.
