I ordered a sliding door valued at $179 on line, to be picked up at the store. When I went to get it, I was told someone had already picked it up (not me). They never reimbursed me for the loss despite NUMEROUS phone calls and explanations to managers and customer services. I had to pay a second time to get it and now, they are suppose to deliver it. Not yet received. That is Home Depot disastrous business ethics and horrid customer service. Being a physician, I quit claiming my door as my time is more valuable than the darn door but I'm really frustrated at their disrespect and disregard for anyone's rights.
