Lots of options if you're planning on a renovation or for any other resason. They have it all and with different price ranges to fit any budget. Worth stopping by to take a look. Only issue was trying to get an appointment and that was frustrating to deal with.

They have excellent inventory to look at but service is terrible. We have called for appointments several times but they never call back. Very difficult to get a consultant to help you.

I was in the Richmond store last week and paired with Sarah Mavad. Sarah mentioned early on she is relatively new, but it never showed. I explained to her I need to find the necessary products for my shower because my plumber will begin the following week. I told her what I was looking for and in less than 24hrs she created a project list based on my conversation. I was pleased with her selections and placed the order with expedited delivery for Monday, the arrival date of my plumber. Thanks, Sarah for your quick response and attention to detail.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
