I'm BY NO MEANS an expert on reptiles, but I know they usually don't eat often. However if you notice he's eating even less than usual, a good rule of thumb for pets is always take them to the vet if they aren't eating, since that's pretty important.
These questions are asked of the reviewers of a place, not the place itself, so I have no clue other than to tell you that a pet not eating is worthy of a vet visit. I do remember this vet having a few reptiles in the reception area so I would say they would be able to properly diagnose and treat a reptile.
