We cannot say for certain what is wrong without an exam and probably diagnostic tests. A second opinion sometimes help get a better diagnosis because the 2md doctor will know what did and do not work from the previous doctor's recommendations. We always welcome new clients/patients if more details are needed or you do not see an improvement with current treatment.
