Sorry about this. We've been making some changes and are working out the bugs. On Monday through Friday, we typically have a receptionist who answers calls between 9 a.m and 5 p.m. After 5 p.m., calls are routed through the IVR system. On Saturdays (8 a.m.-6 p.m.) and Sundays (noon-5 p.m.), calls are routed through our IVR system and you can connect to departments by following the prompts. We apologize for the confusion.
Not true. Have called numerous time's during those hour's. There is still no answer. Also menu states full directory but then follows up with invalid entry unless you press 2 or zero
