Horrific service. I can't make it anymore clear. (read below for description). I will not be back at any point in the future and will likely avoid any place under the same ownership. The wait for a table (8 top) was to be expected but when 3/8ths of the table doesn't have drinks perhaps ask if they would like something. Waiting 10 min to ask if we want a drink is unacceptable when you want to charge $20 for beef fajitas. This problem is exacerbated by the fact getting this water, along with three other drinks only one of which was a mix drink, took another 10 min. In total, I spent 20 min waiting for a water. While this could be allowed to slide as a fluke, when, within 1 min of being provided the water, more than 3/4 of the water is gone, perhaps it would be worth while to ask if I would like another, something made worse by by the fact the server was still present at the table. Instead, I'm forced to wait another 20 min to have a water refilled. I cannot express in words how unacceptable it is to have a server engaging in behavior like this. I understand they have other tables and would have been perfectly understanding if (1) it didn't happen twice in a row or (2) the restaurant was crowded. Needless to say, I will never return to this restaurant again and am extremely likely to avoid any other restaurants under the same ownership.
