Bought a $75 replacement battery for my gravelly zero turn from these guys. 6 months later the battery won’t hold a charge and they confirmed it was bad by performing a load test. Then they told me they only give a 90 day warranty on batteries and I was out of luck. They offered no options except to buy another battery. Terrible way to treat a customer. I’ll never buy anything else from them again.
The Lifter
They don't honor amazon warranties even though craftsman seems to think they do. Owners spiel was they'd charge you $50 even though its under warranty and that they were backed up for a month but this is just what the time they're willing to tell you. Try elsewhere.

We do carry some parts for Craftsman, but it depends on which manufacturer built your unit. We will need the model and serial number.
Austin Outdoor Power is following the City of Austin's guidelines and requiring everyone entering the building to wear face mask and try to socially distance. At his time we do not offer a formal curbside pick-up. But, if you need assistance with this, just call ahead of time and we will try to accommodate you in this manner.

Gregory, Yes, we would be happy to repair your unit. I would assume that the problem is in the carb, but can't know until a tech looks at it. As far as price, hard to say without looking at it first. Maybe somewhere in the $50-100 range. Hope this helps.
You have to have it checked out, and not 2nd guess why it stopped working !
Lonnie, One thing to check, make sure oil level is correct. Too much will cause unit to smoke. Otherwise it may have internal issues. Hope this helps.
