Answer to ur question. Yes they're low income and u have to a medical note from ur dr and all there shots current. Otherwise no pets are allowed. Hopefully that answers ur questions...

I'm just a caregiver who works at the apt with a client. I do know it's a low income base apts and I know they allow pets but do not know 5he requirements for the pets
