I should've entered this sooner. I just moved last month from WA and the process has been seamless and easy - from the deposit to moving in. Alexi and Carrie have been amazing and I've appreciated their kindness and help with some of my glitches. Maintenance is super responsive and things are taken care of quickly. Definitely a great place to live if you have to live in an apartment!

Starting on a positive note, the location is great, and there is a lovely pool for hot summer days. That’s about it. Unfortunately, management is disorganized, often condescending, and unhelpful. Examples include: losing paperwork from when we first moved in, losing records of our dog/pet rent, confusing our dog for another in the complex multiple times (claiming we had her off leash when we never did, as the complex is close to several busy roads), sending in maintenance and/or staff with little to no warning, etc. That said, I would like to give a shout out to the emergency maintenance gentleman who came to fix our fridge after hours (I don’t remember his name). These apartments have a nice & shiny new feel to them, but save your money and look elsewhere, particularly if you have pets. We moved out several months ago, so it’s possible things have changed, but overall we had an unfortunate experience, aside from the convenient location. And an edit: parking is almost impossible if you get home later than 4:00.
