Unfortunately they do not service any console. FYI...if any hard drive/memory card or flash drive is corrupt. Then your only option is to format it.

Unfortunately, GameStop does not offer repair or tech support services. You may need to reformat your hard drive. If it is an internal drive, you may have no choice but to initialize the system.
