I love this place before they pulled a fast one on my friend that bought $220 dollars worth of merchandise In there store, there return policy clearly states that if something about the merchandise didn’t work they would replace it or give in store credit within 90 day period, the controller plug was corroded but they also sold her the wrong controller for the device on top of all that they blamed her for “dropping” it how can corroding be caused by dropping it ?? They didn’t do a thing for it. Not only will I not recommend shopping here I will spread the word so other people don’t waste there money.Clearly they don’t care about there costumers and the return policy is just there to make you feel better. 0/10

Don't attempt to sell your records here. I was offered $2 in cash for records they could sell for $20-$30 easy. This company in particular has a habit of under valuing trade ins on all of their products. This store I particular has always been cluttered and unorganized. I personally would recommend replacing the employee that was working. They didn't seem to care about their job or providing any form of customer services. Personally I hate gamestop but I would recommend shopping there instead of this location.

It's best to call them. The price of the games will vary. They will probably ask you to come in so they can look at everything and check it out.
