VERY RUDE STAFF. The staff lady cut me off several times out of frustration. She had a terrible attitude. Don’t suggest going here!! Take your package to a more professional and friendlier staff environment.

If I could rate this less than 1 star I would, unprofessional and rude man .Would appreciate if the service was more prompt.This is retaliatory slander unrelated to Katonah Shipping. I know exactly who you are and will investigate this and act appropriately. Unfortunately, these kinds of people will use Google or other review sites when they're floundering for actions to take that have absolutely nothing to do with the store. I know who wrote this and it is not going to end favorably for them. Our store has a phenomenal reputation for over 22 years and this is just exactly what I have explained. Ticktoc.

Sadly, I will not patronize any shipping store that does not reduce/reuse/recycle shipping materials. How many unnecessary landfills do Americans need to live with because of business owners who refuse to be environmentally conscious? It’s …Plastic pillows may be acceptable to the mail order shopping industry. However, we are committed to ensuring that our customers' valuables and delicates arrive safely at their destinations. Both owners are a Certified Professional Packing Specialist as awarded by the Association of Mail and Business Centers. We use only the highest quality packaging materials, as well as meticulous packing methods. We are not a recycling location nor does it meet the rigorous standards of the shipping industry to reuse packing materials that have already been used. All through the pandemic and as we approach our second anniversary of ownership, we are pleased to provide thorough, kind and conscientious treatment of both our customers and our environment.

We accept prepaid labeled UPS and FedEx packages. We can not print a label from an Amazon QR code return.
