Unavailable in Glen Glenrose however have him contact the Dallas VA or fortworth BA and he will be able to enter into something that will help him in his situation this is coming from a fellow Vet, Who's been there and done that.

Only at the North Campus but is currently being renovated. I don't think right now they are taking new residents just yet.
