I didn’t happen to catch the employees name, but they make every experience here enjoyable. I drive directly passed the GameStop on Alpine just because this particular employee goes above and beyond every single time. I will update with their name (with their permission) in the future.

They have limited hours. Their door is locked. You call when you arrive to get 'in line'. They will unlock, place a box outside and relock the door. You can leave payment in the box and back away from the door. They return payment method/change in the box with your bagged item. If prepaid in full you will show your photo ID through the door (but it needs to be the person whose name the order was in). I think they close at 5:00 on Sundays even during normal business hours.
GameStop does buy used video games.
