We have kids as young as 2 years old in our cages. We have tees, balls and an L screen that helps. The machines start at slow pitch for softball and kid pitch, 40mph for baseball.

Great place to hit, been very happy with cages and equipment.
My son is 5 and he uses the batting cages.
