No general rules on bags, but I'd imagine they will be different depending on the event/show you're attending.
As novel as it might sound, calling to ask them might be better than venting and complaining to the general public. By large, we neither care nor are we authorized agents of such information.
Theres not really anything regarding carry in bags. Just no food in the auditoriums.
There isn't really one. Plenty of people bring in backpacks and other bags.
