Usually there is a person with a golf cart offering rides from the parking lot to the center. It's an easy walk if you miss the free ride.
The parking is in a gravel lot. The entrance is at the intersection of Rio Salado and Hardy. (The parking lot is on the North side of Rio) For major events they have shuttle buses. There is also access to walk along the Riverside path to TCA.
They are doing construction at the moment and have parking on the other side of the construction site, they are transferring people via golf carts, or a nice walking path

The entrance to the temporary parking lot is north of the intersection of Rio Salado and Hardy. The parking structure being built where the original parking lot was is scheduled to be open early in 2020.
