I have the Phoenix Public course card and was wondering what rates are like in the winter?

I believe the standard summer rate is $44 a round. However, Stonecreek is one of 9 Arcis courses in the Phoenix area. If you have a 'prime' membership (monthly fee), it only costs $15 right now.

They aren't part of the Phoenix Public courses but they are part of Arcis. I love the program. Without a discount the rates are definitely more than $100 all winter.
