If you are having a serious medical emergency you should always go to the ER or ICU or dial 911. That being said it depends on the severity. Severe dehydration would best be treated at a hospital, while early onset dehydration or mild dehydration could be treated at Patient First. Treatment can usually involve an IV drip to just simply allowing proper rest and rehydration with ample water consumption.
