The staff was very helpful and welcoming, both in registration and in back being seen. Staff showed care and concern about my issue being very empathic. I left feeling listened to and was informed if symptoms remained persistent to come back or go to emergency room. I don't know if it was because it wasn't packed or because this day there was an all female staff, but there was definitely a mothering feeling with concern and I left feeling better than I came in. Even though my pain discomfort level had not changed.

First, I was impressed with their availability ~ including being open til 10 on a Sunday night! (Another urgent care had just turned me away because they were going to close soon, and also stated that I wasn't an existing patient so they couldn't squeeze me in.) The Patient First facility was very well lit, extremely clean, and modern. Upon entering the facility, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming greeting, concern, and professionalism. This caring attitude extended throughout my visit ~ from the intake desk, to the biller, to the PA, to the doctor, and to the discharge person. Kudos to all of the staff! If I unfortunately need an urgent care visit in the future, I will be coming to your Patient First facility, bypassing all of the urgent cares near me.

Dr Aggarwal is so amazing, she is very caring and humble doctor. I had a great great great experience. Such a great office and Dr. Aggarwal. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurses are so understanding. I have never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional! Dr Kessler was very good. Had a great experience all the staff was super friendly in this busy practice. 5***** I'm glad that hrs are reduced to 8pm these hard working health care workers needs a break!!!! They work so hard and for that they should get recognized! Thank you patient first team for the great amazing service!!

I’m incredibly impressed with the level of service I received at Patient First. This was my first time visiting Patient First and I was skeptical to begin with. However, as soon as I walked in I noticed that they encourage masks and provide them (awesome!) The check-in process was fast, efficient and the ladies were so pleasant. It was amazing! The physician, PA, phlebotomist and staff were all so helpful and easy to talk to. The soft classical music playing in the background was one of my favorite parts—it’s so relaxing and helped put me at ease. Going forward, I’m recommending Patient First to anyone looking for quick health services. I also love the phone charging station and the sign above it in the rooms (warm blankets?? Unheard of). The wait times were short and everyone kept me informed. I love that you can purchase prescriptions on-site as well, how convenient! I can tell every step was thought through in the customer experience. This place is awesome, thank you!

Hahaha 😂 did you say wait time? They stopped receiving people already today that's how backed up they are. My wife spent 4 hours in the patient first in sicklerville yesterday and never got seen. Good luck
