That's because there is no one to monitor or change and clean the outside restrooms. Make the request for the restrooms to stay open for your reserved (permit) party online, and call Gragg Park (HPARD) to inform them.
Jeb my son was stuck in a locked bathroom at nearby **** Park (lawyers, yuck) for 2 days. Educate yourselves about the dangers of locked bathroom doors please! My son suffers PTSD, morbid obesity, and acne because of the incident; yet people wontomly turn deadbolts without checking sanitary napkin receptacles for children; you continue the practice like you're unaware this is occuring.
