I had a good experience. I'm kind to people and usually have kind responses. Never had any issues, I've opened an account here few years ago and everyone was patient with my toddlers exploring and bouncing on the chairs.

Also, I called and spoke with Rachel the manager about Shanna and she was rude and not helpful either. It's like there is something in the water cooler. This is just the tip of the issues I have and with Chase and this location.. chase-boise town square I am interested to no how you justify intentionally withholding someone's own money from them? If u can refuse to give me my money just because you don't like my comment, where is the line?
