What all is included the monthly fee? Is electricity separate? Or included?

Basic cable, wifi, water and access to the showers at the clubhouse are included. Wifi is not strong enough for Netflix or similar streaming programs but will run your laptop. Electricity, satellite and personal wifi are not included. Washing machine costs $2 and driers are $1 per load.

Thanks. How does the sewer work? Is it connected to a main line or do we have to take it elsewhere and dump it?
