I’ve lived in this park for just under a year and I guarantee that its a very clean park! Nice management! They’ve taken great care of us as renters! They keep their facilities managed, clean, and available for reasonable hours! The fishing is very nice and the pond is a beautiful asset to the park!

Nice newer park that has alot of amenities. Club house, fishing pond, valley ball, BBQ area, dog run, and recently installed, 2 new hot tubs.

We moved in here a month ago and we are so happy with everything about the resort. It’s beyond clean and well maintained, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the tenants within the resort itself are the same. We are beyond happy to call it home while we search where to put down some roots in this amazing state.

I called to get info about a long term spot and she was very rude. I was asking about reservation and availability and she was rude saying she had no idea if there would be spots ( I was asking for a couple of months away) she said I would have to fill out the application first. I understood that, I asked how far in advance I could do that. she got irritated and said i have to do that first to get on the waiting list that there is no available spots. Well finally you answered my question! So I say "oh so there is a waiting list?" very snarky she replies yes. I apologize I am unable to read minds. I dont mind going on a waiting list which is why Im making the calls. She could work on her politeness. Shes not the first rv park Ive spoken to but for sure the rudest. Not a good first impression.

Basic cable, wifi, water and access to the showers at the clubhouse are included. Wifi is not strong enough for Netflix or similar streaming programs but will run your laptop. Electricity, satellite and personal wifi are not included. Washing machine costs $2 and driers are $1 per load.
No they do not allow tiny homes. Only RVs that are under 10 years old.
No. Its a long term stay resort for rv only.
Lots of empty spots, but call if you can.
Canyon springs is a wonderful place. Thinking of the $600 a month or more I've seen for rentals, canyon springs lowest cost of $380 a month(water and sewage included) ain't bad. Theres other options like old fort boise $15 a day up to 14 days($210 for half month). Free camping/rving south of Melba and Kuna but no utilities included other then bathroom.
Check with the office on living there. Rent depends on the size of your rv and spots available.
Monthly rates are great! The facility is amazing and the staff is top notch!
Lake front $49. Pull through $45. Deluxe gravel 35 foot max $42.
