If you want to live in peace and quiet, do not rent 6910 Enoch Drive #103. The neighbor in #101 will cause you so much grief! Lydia in the office is one of the most horrible office staff I've ever encountered. They also nickel and dime the heck out of their renters.

This place has the most unprofessional staff and the owner is incredibly incompetent in managing this place they refuse to address any issues that I might have regarding this place I would not recommend renting here ever

I'm not sure if they have handicap units or not I don't believe so however knowing what I know I would not recommend anyone renting from these people it has a new management company and they are absolutely impossible to deal with there's been a lot of trouble paying rent online etc etc if anything breaks good luck getting anyone to fix it and if you complain they will try to evict you had nothing but trouble you can leave message after message and no one will call you back f y i

They just changed up management. So everything is disorganized! The apartments are very expensive and cheaply built. Things are always falling apart. Windows won't close all the way causing heating bill to rise. The pool is really small for all the residents. The pool can only fit 9 people comfortable, and it has so many issues it only opens 2 months or less in the summer!

what can be done about the construction workers double parking across from our parking in 101? preventing us from parking in either our assigned or community parking spaces?
