The hair cutters have to wear masks to be open for business. Customers do not have to wear masks. Also, you have to make an appointment. They are not allowed to take walk-ins.
They were when I went. That was 2 weeks ago. If the health dept requires it, they will.
I was there a week ago and everyone was wearing a mask. They said employees were required to wear them but customers were not.
